HROffice is built upon a flexible, robust rules-based benefits engine that supports multiple types of benefits ranging from medical, dental, disability, 401(k), and life insurance to non-traditional benefits such as paid employee parking, health club memberships, AFLAC, and other perks. Rate tables are automatically built into the database and virtually any benefit plan can be built within HROffice.

  • HROffice - Employee Benefits Management: HROffice controls policies, eligibility, procedures and rules. Benefit costs are controlled through automated technology that ensures compliance and provides a simple way of reconciling carrier bills. Error-prone paper processes are eliminated through seamless integrated connectivity. HROffice’s reporting wizard can create a “benefits reconciliation report” that calculates an organization’s benefits costs and easily identifies discrepancies between the company’s records and the carrier invoices. Just this one report alone - and there are many more reports - saves organizations thousands dollars. HROffice pays for itself in months and provides quick payback.
  • Online open enrollment, a function of HROffice Self-Service, eradicates the tedious paper enrollment process. Accuracy of enrollment data is guaranteed as employees are inputting their own data electronically.
  • HROffice Carrier Connect provides accurate and secure electronic communication of enrollment data from HROffice to insurance providers via a clearinghouse service. Carrier Connect links up to both HIPAA and non-HIPAA carriers such as 401K vendors.
  • True Carrier Connectivity - more than just a text file
    Carrier connectivity is a very complicated process and very few systems provide "true" connectivity. You'll run into many software vendors who claim to provide the service when in reality, they provide you with a report that you can submit to your benefits providers. According to HIPAA legislation, this is not true connectivity and many carriers may be breaking the law without realizing it.     HROffice Employee Self-Service (ESS) gives employees immediate access to all their personal HR, benefits, and payroll information via the web. The simplicity of ESS drastically reduces the call volume to the human resources department and lets HR focus on more strategic issues.

  • Accurate and paperless online benefits enrollment
    The amount of paperwork generated in traditional benefits enrollment is staggering. ESS allows you to conduct open enrollment online, thus eliminating the cumbersome and inaccurate paper process.
  • Online leave requests ensure leave is taken and accounted for
    Using ESS, employees can easily determine their vacation availability (from any point-in-time) and request leave online. With online leave:
    • Managers receive an email from their employees when they request time off. If the manager
      happens to be out of the office or unable to acknowledge the request, the email will automatically be forwarded to another decision maker in their absence.
    • A calendar view lets managers easily see who will be in or out of work at any given time. This makes it easy for to approve/reject leave requests accordingly
    • One time off requests are approved both HROffice and payroll systems will be updated to
      reflect the leave taken.
  • Innovative employee communication
    Employee Correspondence Wizard (ECW) opens up lines of communication between HR and employees. The ECW provides HR administrators with a tool to quickly and efficiently communicate with individuals or groups of employees via emails and letters in the form of a mail/e-mail process. All correspondence is recorded in an employee’s record for easy reference.
  • Easy to install and extremely secure
