Designed to speed up the sales to shipping workflow, the Automatic Sales Order Picking/Shipping Module, built with the MAS 500 Enterprise Visual Toolset, provides an automation process for fast paced companies during the order entry process.  This automation will completely eliminate the need to manually create pick lists afterr entering an order.  It will also simplify the shipment process, creating an easier shipment procedure.

Product Overview:

DCAuto/Pick/Ship includes a Warehouse Management View that allows real time integration between the warehouse/plant and sales/customer service staff.  You can sort shipments by sales order, priority, shipment method and more!  Simple visual screen allows Warehouse Operations to utilize logic in plans for picking and shipping.  Other features include the ability to view the item image, drag and drop shipments and to create views on how your company operates.

The DCAuto/Pick/Ship module will provide:

• Normal Process
  · Enter Sales Order and Save 3 – 5 min per order
  · Create Pick List – You have to choose ranges to create 3 - 5 min. per order
  · Confirm Picks – Have to choose from range such as 5 – 7 min. per order
  · Process Shipments – Create batch for each warehouse 2 – 3 min. per order
  · Generate Shipments within each batch. Again you 3 – 7 min. per order
  · Register/Post Batch 2 – 3 min. per order
  Total time per order: 18 – 30 min/order

• Enhanced Process
  · Enter Sales Order and Save. Pick List is automatically 3 – 5 min. per order
  · Warehouse Shipping Organizer – You decide how 3 – 5 min. per order
  · Process Shipments/Register – Post 2 – 3 min. per order
  Total time per order: 7 – 13 min/order
  

• As you can see with the Enhanced functionality you have cut your time in half
  as shown above. On average if you process 100 orders completely through
  your system during the day through 4 workers (order taker, create confirm
  pick lists, shipping, and posting of batch), you are saving between 4 – 6 hrs
  per day per each of the 4 workers. Some of the workers may have more time
  cut than others depending on their specific process.
