VAR2 is dedicated to providing the power of choice in solutions that are centered on the technologies that have become crucial to today's successful businesses: the network. We become involved with our clients in a way that is deeper than a casual business relationship. We strive to understand the business our clients are in and how the technology we support can help them become more successful. It is the match between particular types of technologies and the businesses' short term and long term objectives that we seek.

On July 1, of 2006 KNSI and D P Solutions came together to form VAR2 (VAR squared). With this merger comes many benefits including:

• More consultants – We have retained all the personnel of both organizations in VAR2 LLC. Therefore, not only will you be able to continue to work with the consultants you are familiar with, our combined capacity will allow even better service.

• Broader skill sets – Although there is significant overlap of skills and knowledge of our personnel, there is also diversity between the two organizations. VAR2 is able to offer an even broader array of services and expertise.

• Size – Though size has never been a specific goal of either organization, it does matter. Interestingly, it seems to matter most in terms of our presence with the software publishers whose products we represent. VAR2 has enjoyed greater visibility and a stronger presence with our publishers.

• Continuity –We feel VAR2, with two principals, is better able to provide continuity of service in the event of a loss of a principal. This addresses a weakness of a single principal organization for you and for our heirs.

We came together with strong backgrounds in project management, network implementation, accounting and financial systems, HR/Payroll and data analysis via OLAP, report writing, software development and system review/write-up. We have used these skills to provide our clients with solutions, ranging from local area network system accounting solutions to complex wide area network accounting and financial management systems, encompassing the globe.

History of VAR2:

KNSi, L.L.C., went live in January 1999 as the result of the merger of Key Network Solutions, Inc. a Portland, Oregon based networking and financial system consulting organization founded in 1994 and Next Level, Inc., a Beaverton Oregon based financial system consulting organization founded in 1995. Our focus is to provide our clients with realistic, user-friendly solutions to their computer networking and accounting and financial system challenges. We feel that many clients were being given mediocre service by an industry that didn't know how to listen to the needs of the user. We feel that by forming a strong partnership with each of our clients, we can better understand their needs. We work with them to create solutions that benefit the entire organization.
